Use for:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops in your diffuser to clear sinuses and purify the air.
Steam treatment (respiratory system): Add 2 drops of essential oil blend to a bowl of steaming hot water. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment as Peppermint steam may cause irritation.
Compress: To a bowl of water add 2 drops of essential oil. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the chest, repeat two or three times.
